Our first goal for our Expand the Court campaign is to get the Supreme Court Biennial Appointments and Term Limits Act passed in the Senate Judiciary Committee and on the Senate floor for a vote. From there, based on our expectation that we will succeed with winning majority status in the U.S. House (as well as protecting our majority status in the Senate and electing Harris/Walz) in the 2024 election, we will begin working with our friends (all the NGOs who are supporting this legislation) on the next goal in this campaign: getting the SCBATL Act passed in the House, of course.
